Not if you want to be sitting close to each other. There is a door, toilets and a galley in between Rows 7 and 8.

I beg to disagree. Row 6 is way better than row 7. It has great leg room a slightly more private feel than row 7. On some planes (I think older ones), the screens are fixed to the wall.

m3red here - Row 7 is first on my list in J on the B777-300ER. Row 6 has bassinettes and the space in front of the centre seats is used as a walkway by the cabin crew.
