We appreciate everyone's support. The bottom line is that we have always intended to be 100% consumer focused. We try to get everyone the best deal possible. This has obviously been challenging in many cases, since the rental industry wants to use all these discount codes and coupons as marketing tools, but they never thought that someone might come along and figure out how to get the general public a good to great deal without doing all of the legwork usually required.

Likewise, rates change all the time, and most people don't want to spend the time checking every day to see if a better deal comes along. It's not hard to see how this sort of thing can be amazing for consumers, but not really what the rental companies would prefer. As such, they've done everything they can to run us out of town.

We've continued to try to help people the best we can while we gear up for our new service. We can't divulge much at this point, but suffice to say that we think it will provide consumers with the best deal possible, while at the same time being more flexible, more convenient, and hopefully less susceptible to challenges by the the old establishment who don't seem to feel comfortable with rate transparency.

More information to follow in the coming months. We'll be sure to let you guys know about the beta once it's out. For now, you can still submit rentals for tracking, and we're actually making pretty good progress working through the backlog of requests now.
