Call Marriott rez or customer service, explain to them what you need, and ask them to get the hotel to mail you a business card (with Chinese and English characters) ahead of your trip. That should be sufficient. If they can't do that, then maybe they could direct you to a webpage where you can copy and printout the hotel address written in Chinese.
