For the past week, I have been checking Business class award availability for MAD-JFK for April 2014. For most days in April, seats were available. Today, April 21 finally became available (11 months out). However, the blue boxes for Blue Class and Economy Class were present while the Business class blue boxes were entirely missing. I have searched a month backwards and these Business class boxes are still missing. Ordinarily, until today, the blue box for Business class is present when there are no Business class seats available. It is just that you can't activate the radio button when there is no availability.

Also, BA's website shows no Business class award seats on IB for this route, but plenty of Economy class seats. Again, this is true for the entire month prior to April 21.

For a while today, travel to all of the America's was missing from the IB site. When putting in JFK or NYC, these places were not recognized. This problem was fixed hours later, but the blue business class boxes are still missing up to the time of this post.

Has this problem happened before in anyone's experience? If so, how long did it take for IB to fix the problem? Thanks very much.
