K6 (CAA) has, among other special offers, USD50 roundtrip (non-refundable) fares PNH-BKK (or vice versa), as stated on the front of their home page (fares available only on CAA website and tickets must be booked online). The online booking works, at least today (I booked 1 hour ago or so). With taxes and surcharges (YQ, airport tax, departure tax etc.), the total sums up to USD170, which is a lot cheaper than TG and PG and even marginally cheaper than Air Asia (who flies to DMK instead of BKK).
