So how long do you typically have to wait for Citi to ship you gift cards bought with Thank You points? I did it for the first time a couple of months ago, and the cards shipped in 2 days -- a timeframe that I would consider reasonable. This time, I ordered them 6 days ago and my order still shows as "in progress". Do they ever run out-of-stock of cards and just make you wait? I would think Citi would have an adequate stock of all of them, process them, and just mail them out as orders come in. The website does say in the fine print that you can wait 4 weeks for your gift cards, so I guess there's no use in complaining. I planned to use one restaurant gift card this weekend, but I suppose I'll make other plans.
