Connecting from T3 to International at SFO is a short airside walk (we do it all the time for trivial reasons like the T3 United club being a little busy). 50 minutes should be fine under normal circumstances. Gate to gate should be 15 minutes or so, but of course any delay in arrival will risk an annoying missed connection.
