Is this still supoose to be doable? I thought that we could still use the Diamond Force to get a room using pts if the whole Hotel is N/A.

I remember something that as long as any room (even a PenthouseSuite) is available for pts even if 1,000,000 for 1 night theres no DFing. I found a hotel I wanted for next week, no special event , that is soldout and DD said they can only get me a room at rack but not using my pts.

Is DF ing using pts a thing of bygonedays?
