It also gives the impression that
MumbaiDan should have been allowed into the T5 arrivals lounge.
Under Terminal 1 it states for arrivals lounge:
Club World and Executive Club Gold members are invited to use the Arrivals lounge in T5
Under Terminal 5 it does say that they need to be arriving on a longhaul flight, but under T1 it doesn't say that.

That's not to say I agreed with his approach on that post, and I think the staff had probably enforced the rules correctly, it was just a very poorly worded document.
