Am currently at EWR and just had a shower after my flight from EZE and before my onward connection to LAX. I was in paid biz class. My first time showering at EWR. I have to be honest, I was not very impressed. I appreciated the availability of the shower but when compared to the AA shower facilities I have used around the world, the UA shower at EWR was pretty rudimentary. Only a bath towel provided. Nothing to put on the floor (yuck), no face cloth, no hand towel. Shower floor and bathroom floor were still wet when I went in......presumably from the prior user (yuck). I get the feeling they are not cleaned very well between uses. I also got the shower amenity kit which was appreciated.

I guess I am used to the AA showers at LHR and NRT that seem much cleaner, provide a full compliment of towels (plural), and have a much more restrictive policy on who can use them....at least AFAIK. I am shocked that in the UA system, anyone can use the showers regardless of class of service.

EDIT: I forget to mention the shower water was lukewarm at best. Went totally cold several times as well. That was a waker upper.
