HIX Singapore Orchard Road will open on 17th August 2013.

"Opening special PCR" is the same price as Advance Purchase Rate.

Breakfast is free in HIX anyway, and internet is free in the Advance Purchase Rate as well. So the only additional benefit is the 2,000 bonus points.

A points stay is 20,000 points, which is a relatively good deal, given that room rates (incl. taxes) start at approx. USD 186 (prepaid) / USD 206 (flexible), and given the recent increase for the HI Orchard from 25,000 to 35,000 points.
