As Alaska Airlines is our airlines partners but not oneworld alliance

their qualifying flights, instead of Club credits towards tier status

I actually flew an Alaska Airline marketed ticket but operated by AA in March and was denied both mileage and sector accrual. It doesn't state that there are restrictions for mileage accrual on Asia Miles' site for Alaska Airline code-shared flights and have reached out to 3 different Marco Polo agents regarding this. All of them have stated that Alaska Airline code-shared flights do not qualify for mileage accrual. So I guess AA code-shared flights operated by Alaska do accrue mileage? I say if mileage and sectors are of concern make sure to book your ticket on one or the other just not code-shared flights to be on the safe side. I should also state that my fare class was an Alaskan 'S' class which clearly states 100% mileage accrual.
