Thumbs down Window Seat Headrest Earflaps "are not adjustable"...
What's up with 17A & F not having moveable headrests!?!

This is my first flight on the -900ER, and my redeye to SEA is off on the wrong foot... this makes NO sense!

Overall, really like the new bins and styling but I'm going to need a new row for overnight flights :-/ Interesting when compared to the -400 I rode up this AM (#81), where all of row 16 had at least a minimal recline too, which also doesn't exist on the NG birds...
