The problem with that is there is a genuine requirement not to stack the bins at LHR T5, as the automatic tray return system will not work with stacked bins. So while you may have sped up retrieval of bags for a couple of people, you did make more work for the clerk and you may have potentially stopped bins from getting back to the front of the line.
