I looking for that long street full of Tea Leave shops with out the tea ceremonies !

I have no idea to what street you're referring. There are legitimate stores that sell tea all over Beijing, including in many department and food stores. On the other hand, I wouldn't know where to find a shop that does a "tea ceremony" even if I were inclined to find one.
