I'm using miles for off peak economy saver for PDX-FRA-PDX. So all flights need to be on US metal. I can't find anything back Feb 20-25. I see FRA-CLT and PHX-PDX, but no CLT-PHX award seat. I called and asked them if they could do a manual request for a CLT-PHX flight, and they said they don't ever do a manual request. Is this true?
