We stayed at the Hyatt Place Tampa Airport for a night about a year ago (after getting in on a late flight), and it worked out perfectly fine. Since you'll have three kids with you (we have two), book a room with two double beds, and you'll also have another double bed in the sleeper sofa as well. They have a free full, hot breakfast that they begin serving at 6am, and they also offer other food items 24 hours per day that you can order. And of course, they also have a complimentary shuttle van to get you to and from the airport.
