I can definitely agree with that. But outside of the numerical lineup and creation of A List (so I don't have to check-in at T-24 or stay up until midnight the night before a 6AM flight), I'm hard pressed to list the recent innovations that changed my life. And I'm not sure which one should get those credits.

I'm waffling 50-50 whether I prefer RR 2.0 or not, certainly the current availability with RR 1.0 & 1.5 rewards can skew mindset that easily.

Any innovations I am missing? If they bought AirTran and left / expanded Business Class, I would bow at GK's feet every time I boarded an aircraft...
