Ryanair wouldn't be able to enter the Canadian market to offer domestic flights, but could fly from anywhere in the EU to anywhere in Canada, and from there to a third country, under the terms of the EU-Canada Open Skies deal.

I'd be surprised, though, if Canada was on Ryanair's shopping list if TATL flights go ahead. But that's not to say they couldn't make it work.
