I am always happy to complete a survey when asked. Usually my comments are positive, but honesty is the best policy.

I was impressed with the CSD, to whom I complained about a variety of inflight issues in F, who encouraged me to complete a survey. In the end, I did not, but she was very clear about the deficiencies and generally poor way in which the crew had acted. It was passed onto them. I had made my point and did not feel the need to escalate the issue further.
