I agree. The website is dreadful. I've used it quite a bit for bookings, but many of my itins are quite straight forward. Of course, the inability to change bookings and non-integration of seating and BTC etc is a bit frustrating.
Hopefully TG can get this sorted. Shouldn't be too difficult if they put a person with the right experience in charge... nothing more than a bit of front-end design and integration with existing systems.
FWIW, I am loving the SQ website at the moment... just gives you a feeling of control and confidence bat your booking.
