I know. BA pilots are very good at that, so between BA and IB, I would choose BA. Didn't say anything about other airlines.

And yes, that I felt it ws a bad crew could be just that crew. I've had good and not so good crews on BA as well, but for being my only IB flight, they didn't give me a good first impression.

I've also had delayed BA flights. I've had a BA-flight that was first heavily delayed and then suffered a go-around at OSL. I walked smiling off that flight mainlly due to crew/updates from the pilots (and the fact it was my first go-around).

And off course, that the A340 flight on IB arrived too late for my liking compared to the 767 flight I was originally booked on. An hour delay wouldn't have been that bad if I had taken the earlier flight.
