That's actually a big problem with the online version. Although they clearly explain they are about a specific flight it is not uncommon for people to answer about the worst flight and then the crew and airport from the surveyed flight get the bad scores that are actually from another part of the journey.
I once got an online BA survey but it didn't say which sector it was for and I had several in the past month or two. I ended up not filling it in.
