It was on our to-do list to move towards a more automated set-up for them, but when the rental agencies found out about us and decided they didn't like us last year, it became clear that a complete retooling of the site was necessary, so our limited development resources were directed towards that end rather than making incremental improvements on the current system.

All in all I will still continue to use them as one of my tools to find good deals on car rentals.
Our hope is that someday we can truly be a one-stop shop for all of your car rental searches, but we know we're not there yet and it'll be a bit before we are. In the meantime, we're happy to just be a tool in your arsenal.
