I have received on-line ones for ages. However, they always relate to the last leg (LGW>JER) and never the preceding TATL (where there is invariably more to say).
That's actually a big problem with the online version. Although they clearly explain they are about a specific flight it is not uncommon for people to answer about the worst flight and then the crew and airport from the surveyed flight get the bad scores that are actually from another part of the journey.
