On line surveys have been done on short haul flights for a few years now.

The online long-haul surveys are going to initially be run alongside the ones onboard but soon the onboard ones will be no more.

I know it is a real bore to fill these out but the results really affect the way BA Management react to any issue.

Just a couple of percentage drops in any one issue will send them into a spin, so do fill them out because BA Managers are held accountable for the scores in their own departments and this is the feedback they most want to be good.
