What happened? Did you have a boarding pass or other written confirmation of the upgrade? Was there any explanation at the gate? Did you ask for a redcoat?

Or do you mean that you were unfairly upgraded by this trick, but the GA discovered it and fixed the situation for a higher level elite who should have received the upgrade instead of you?
