The seat numbers are pre selected but if the seat is empty or the person refuses to complete the survey then we can ask the person, in front, behind or adjacent.
If you fly in one of the premium cabins you have a higher chance of being asked.
Thankfully these surveys will stop at the end of the month and will be replaced by an online one.
