For what it's worth, I'm sitting in the Admirals Club in Santiago now, about to fly to GIG. I'm a BAEC Gold, and I'm travelling with five colleagues. One is AA Ruby, and his status is showing properly. The two of us who are BA Gold are both showing as Ruby; and the three who are BA Sapphire are all showing as Emerald. It seems to me that the system is just one tier out of sync with BA. Should be easy to change, no?
