I wonder whether Visit Scandinavia / Nordic Airpass still exists from a(ny) European country and where I could find the rules and fare info for that?

(It is mentioned on the UK site of SAS without any further explanation.)

Or do you know any other cost-optimized ways of flying several segments in Sweden and Norway?
