TAM: multiple seats for one passenger?

I need to fly an internal flight on JJ within Brazil with a large amount of checked bags: about 60 kgs total. Airfare is 140 BRL which allows 23 kg checked. Additional weight is charged at ~8 BRL per kg. So I am looking at an extra 300 BRL or so in excess baggage charges alone.

It would be cheaper to buy two tickets at 2x140, upgrade them both to Flex for 2x60, which would give me a 66 kg allowance, and two seats in flight. Is it possible to buy two tickets for one pax to get double the bag allowance?

If not allowed, are there are any smart strategies to avoid the ridiculous excess weight charges? Correios is probably not a viable solution.
