Has anyone actually received a room upgrade at this property? As a PLT, I didn't and I tried contacting them via the Starwood Concierge Line!
They also screwed up my points reservation, and managed to miss my early check-in request! My room on the 45th was very noisy and the lounge (44th) is a zoo (crowded with people!)

on what basis are you asking for compensation????
what room did you book & what did you receive????did you check whether the hotel was full & whether there were any upgrades available????
early check-in is not a benefit & they are completely within their right to deny it....
the lounge here does seem to get crowded....not much the property can do about this....
did you ask them to change your room when you found it noisy????

i'm not trying to put you down....just looking for more clarification on the points you will use to ask for compensation....
