You should have enough time if the AirTrain doesn't break down. If you don't have baggage, and you have to transit airside, you can also walk it.

You would probably have to go through security again - it would depend on what airline you come in on.

I remember a thread in the Miles and More or United forums that was explaining how do do it in EWR.

However, it would depend on your airline.
