Asiana Airlines Economy class

Hello everyone,

I hope I am posting this in the appropriate thread. I will be flying Asiana from ORD-ICN in 3 days, and I'm hoping to get some insight about their Economy class experience.

My first question is about the seat assignment. I'm currently in 14 A but would like to get an exit row or bulkhead seat, but those are reserves and under airport control. My first segment is on United (LIT-ORD) and I am wondering when I check in at LIT will they be able to change my Asiana seat from 14 A to a bulkhead or will I have to wait to ask once I arrive in ORD at the Asiana counter ? (There is no Asiana counter in LIT). I phoned United about this and they said they could because Asiana is a Star Alliance, but Asiana told me that they cannot, so I'm not sure what to believe.

Also, I was reading on Asiana's website, and it says that they offer facial mask to all classes, and that they are by request. Does anyone have any experience at this ? If I request this once I'm on board will everyone look at me like I'm crazy ? LOL

In terms of the pre-dinner drink (aparatif) that is offered, I know they offer alcohol for free, but do they offer Champagne in Y class as they do on Air France ?

Finally, my last question, Does Asiana offer Menu cards in Y class as they also do on Air France ?

I'm sorry for such silly questions, but if anyone can give me any insight about my upcoming flight I would really appreciate it !
