Besides the weather and approaching holiday weekend, DL has had some major international flight cancellations and delays today, so that could be contributing to the long hold time.

Have you tried to call back and have them call you again?
Yeah, my case exactly. Built an itinerary on their site that prices at 350K instead of 100K. It works perfectly for me so I'd like to finalize the damn thing. And yeah, left them the number again so they call me in another 2 to 3 hrs.
