No kids, so not worried about schools at this stage in life.

We are hoping to maybe find a townhouse so we can have a courtyard also, but will just see when we get there. The Mrs wants to pursue her Arts career over there so she wants either a 3rd bedroom/studio or yard to be able to work in.

One question i did have, on Yelp and the apartment rating services, i assume it is just those that have bad experiences that tend to rate the properties? Does anyone give the review sites any weight when choosing an apartment?
