It is a much longer process than just a few minutes. Probably would of been better if you would of contacted the Delta Connection carrier that you flew on. I think it is truly unfair to state Delta "doesn't care" about the fact your lost your wallet. Delta any of the Delta agents tell you this? Aircraft are kept on a tight schedule and are often turn 25-35 minutes. I believe majority of times, the FA cleans the aircraft especially on CRJ-200. You honestly don't know if another passenger took your wallet and you are looking for answers. There is much greater system in place than you are failing to look at. Yes, it would be nice to be able to get answers in a "few" minutes. Placing blame on anyone else except for your mistake, is truly unfair.
