edit to add: found the KLM flight on delta.com. Called agent and quoted specific flights and said that website shows them for miles, and they still say they don't show it in their system. I think that I need to call in because I am trying to rebook the return leg of an existing trip.
Mention that you can see O inventory of 2. Mention Delta.com also offers it for sale. Ask them to try a long sell and see if it comes back confirmed. If they still can't get it, ask to be transferred to web support.
