The other option is using Bluebird/Target Amex Debit Card at Costco. This is what I am doing now. I just use the AMEX card as a Costco membership card but using Bluebird to add in swipes rather than just using it as a bill pay. Since my Visa/MC doesn't work at Costco anyway it works great. (This primarily works for those people who are on the manufactured spending train.)
