Thank you sir! We had thought about staying in a hotel downtown but thought the airport area would be more convenient and allow us to sleep in. However, if storage rates are going to be huge we'll stay downtown & catch the Canada Line to YVR in the AM. The Fairmont is out of our price range but there are a lot of good choices downtown. I'll probably use some of my points.

We'll also do some more research on things to do & see in Vancouver. Thanks for the suggestions!
