It would be hard for FR to enter the Canadian market as Canada is a market where LCC do not survive. Zoom has failed. Fly Globespan has failed and so have Jetsgo. WestJet isnt really a low cost carrier. If low cost carriers were able to survive in Canada you would see Frontier, Jetblue and SWA already flying to Canada from the USA. These carriers will not enter Canada as FR will not as the taxes at Canadian Airports are too high.
