That too. If you're blocking the entire hallway, I've got no problems saying, "Excuse me!" in a rather authoritative tone.
I'm being somewhat facetious, but have had to take others to task before for being absolute morons and not being fit to be part of society.
And I could not agree more. People display these behaviors because no one calls them out on it, i.e. they get away with it. When you take them to task on their rudeness, they usually back down pretty quickly because they knew what they're doing was wrong before you said something.
