Toilets.

Not enough toilet cubicles. I've had this at LGW before where they are all full in one toilet and I've had to go on a mission to find a usable one.

No toilets by the gates. Boarding is delayed and you have to negotiate your way past a checkpoint to go back to the main terminal concourse.

No toilets before immigration arrivals. I'm sure this happened to me somewhere once.
