Nice renovated room
I stayed in this hotel once every year in the past three years. Just came back from my recent business trip a couple of weeks ago - definitely enjoyed the stay this time with the renovated room!
I had declined housekeeping service during my stay to stay green and to earn 500 bonus points per night, and found that the stay green idea does not really apply if guests are asked to fill in the paper form on a daily basis to decline the service - kind of a waste of a nicely printed paper! If this is a practice across all spg hotels then this part is a drawback of the stay green program.
All in all, applause to the management and the staff on the improvements!
