Nearly two years as a GS and I never once had an interaction with a GS agent that left me so frustrated that I felt the need to complain about it on FT. Not once. Never. In fact, they consistently *exceeded* expectations.

I'd guess you were added to WL with wrong priority not reflecting your status and/or fare class as more likely than there being 3 GS on Y or higher in front of you.
