I flew 1622 May 16th. It was delayed until a 6;45 pm departure - same explanation. I talked to the FA coming off the inbound from Seattle. The 737-900 involved had a mechanical in Chicago and was later for Seattle. It then had another mechanical in Seattle and showed up late in SFO. They did turn the plane in 45 minutes. We arrived in BOS at 2:30 pm
