I stay there multiple times a year. Am not a Plat so cannot speak to upgrades etc. I believe the renovations are all completed now ( could be wrong ) and the new rooms are contemoprary and much nicer than the earlier pictures in this thread. Restaurants are good and the bar is always lively ( and has great food and cocktails).The newly renovated Club Longe is nice and has some good food options. There are lots of restaurants within a short walking distance.

The negatives,from my perspective at least, is that it is always busy. A combination of conventions in the week and sports teams at weekends. The waterslide park is great for families so it is always busy at weekends. The last 2 visits I wasn't able to book a Club Room even with a couple of months notice ( Perhaps the SPG Club Room promotion was a factor). Without Club access the extra costs for parking and breakfast add up.

I have personally been disappointed with the Four Points. I stayed a few times but avoid it now. It is soulless, with no atmosphere at all. The restaurant and bar are mediocre at best. It is quite a way from anywhere in a residential / suburban area and there is just a large Walmart and strip mall within walking distance.The only advantage it has is lots of free parking. It's frequently not a whole lot cheaper either.
