Despite some of the weirdness of the OP that others have eluded to, I'll throw a suggestion out.

I just did a long stay on points at a WA. I called ahead and this property, like other premier property had a VIP Manager. I explained to them what I was interested in which in this case was free breakfast for everyone in my party and an ocean view room.

They accomodated. If left to the normal room selection process, you might not get what you are looking for and even in the case of my breakfasts, the FD staff did not want to give it to me until they read the notes.

Just be proactive but not asking for the presidential suite and you should be treated well if you have any significant status.
