It's up to FlyDubai to send your bags on a BA flight. All it takes is to type flight number into the computer and print it, not complicated at all. When you get to DXB do contact BA staff as bag tags will not be in the system (only bags present in BA's check in system will be loaded). Make sure you don't exceed baggage allowance.
