I am not quite clear from the posting: is the CCR trip around a standalone trip to MAD? If so then the official policy is indeed 1 guest. They may allow a second if asked but generally the scope for discretion in CCR is understandably restricted. But if it is somehow linked to the Las Vegas sector then there may be a different answer, though it is not helped that the white book, used by the staff, is not entirely clear on First + CCR.

If you are GGL, then of course your wife (or someone else) can have a Gold partner card. If there are two people in your life the clever thing to do is to rotate Gold and Silver cards around, since Gold soft lands to Silver.
